Marc Jarrett, Managing Director

An English/German dual national, Marc spent most of his career in the telecoms space and was first-to-market with mobile personalization services which went on to become a multi-million dollar industry in its own right. Over the years, Marc has built a large network of trusted contacts throughout the world with whom he now works to help his client’s expand internationally.

Dorit Moshkovitz-Jarrett, COO

After studying Art at Beit Berl College in Tel Aviv, Dorit operated an art and design consultancy. An experienced multi-tasker, her project management skills are critical to the successful execution of more complex projects. As well as advising clients on cross-cultural branding and behaviour, she oversees all operational issues.


Bev Wills

Having spent many years in America, Bev successfully owned & operated several companies. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of doing business in the United States, he can help save making expensive setbacks by early involvement at the planning stages. He enjoys the variety his management consultancy business offers in UK but its always happy to return to the US to help clients doing business there.
Having operated at director level for over 25 years, my career has allowed him to gain extensive senior management experience on five continents. It also means that he can easily relate to decision makers predicaments, because he has in that chair! It helps to quickly establish a bond of respect and his proudest achievement is the amount of repeat business that he is awarded by satisfied clients. Kirk Galster, Associate

After serving in the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA) with the U.S. Army, Kirk completed his B.A. in Political Science and International Studies with a focus in Middle East and North African Conflict.
Kirk then went on to earn his M.S. in International Affairs and Global Enterprise with continued focus on business opportunities in the MENA region. He has been particularly interested in analyzing the ways in which FDI, trade, and economic development can help to prevent conflicts in the Middle East and Africa.


Dr. Thora Thorsdottir BA, PhD, CMRS, MBPsS, MCMI

With over 20 years of experience and armed with extensive diagnostic and assessment experience in a variety of contexts, Thora’s mission is to help individuals and companies increase satisfaction and improve work adjustment.
Thora has extensive experience in the research sector, conducting research for consultancies, public sector organisations, as well as for a boutique post-merger integration consultancy, Beyond the Deal LLP in London, alongside Thomson Reuters. She has also accrued extensive experience with a range of commercial organisations, such as Bank of America, and several leading market research firms, in Europe and North America, and has worked in recruitment and trained as an ICCS® consultant.
Born in Norway, Thora has lived and worked in several countries on both sides of the Atlantic, and is now settled in the Greater London Area, UK. In her free time, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, travel and volunteer work. She appreciates the outdoors, stays fit, and belongs to a gym and boat club. As well as the country-side, she also takes in all that London has to offer.

Jenny Robson, Associate

During her career, Jenny has worked for a Member of Parliament, Department for International Trade (formerly UKTI) and The British Chamber of Commerce. She has lived and worked in the UK, Central Europe and South East Asia, and is a member of the Institute of Export.
Jenny works with businesses to establish where they are now, where they want to be, and how to get there. Her job is to help you to analyse your challenges, develop solutions to overcome them, and map out a strategy for achieving your international expansion goals.
